- The Kingston Cave property comprises 3 acres of above ground space. There is approximately 60,000 square feet of underground space with 200,000 sq. ft. of additional potential space
- Average ceiling heights in the Kingston Cave of more than 20 feet, allow the mine to be accessed by large trucks and industrial vehicles.
- The mine has two subterranean flooded portions or “lakes”, constituting a significant reservoir of high grade water. The size of this reservoir has been estimated to be more than 200 million gallons.
- The western “lake”, was used to air condition the mine when it was utilized for mushroom cultivation.These lakes are recharged by a significant aquifer.
